Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hondatoto platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and hondatoto as the platform operator. This platform is for personal, non-commercial use only. Use of the platform by any organisation or business entity requires separate written authorisation.
You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and use of the platform. hondatoto reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time and to terminate any account that does not meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the hondatoto platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Submitting false or misleading information is a violation of these terms. hondatoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance and verification purposes.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through our customer support channels.
Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared, or sold to any other party. Use of an account by a third party without the account holder's authorisation is a violation of these terms.
User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a hondatoto platform user, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out by the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to access or interact with the platform without prior written consent.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Spreading false, misleading, or unlawful content.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system bugs.
- Attempting to access the platform from regions where such use is prohibited under local law.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any account balance associated with the breach, and legal action where warranted.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the hondatoto platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods approved by the platform, including but not limited to FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy and may change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in the banking section of your account once logged in.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and security compliance requirements. hondatoto reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected on an account.
Any fees or charges imposed by third-party financial institutions during transaction processing are the user's responsibility. hondatoto is not liable for any delays or technical issues caused by third-party payment service providers.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Hondatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including financial loss, data loss or business disruption.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. hondatoto does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, outages, or security breaches at all times.
Account Suspension: hondatoto reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account where suspicious activity, a breach of terms, or investigation requirements are identified. The user will be notified via their registered email address.
Account Closure: Accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach these terms may be permanently closed. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to the applicable refund policy.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property: All content on the hondatoto platform — including logos, graphics, text, interface design, and software — is the property of hondatoto and is protected under intellectual property law. Users may not copy, distribute, or make use of any platform content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers. hondatoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.
Changes to Terms: hondatoto reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
